Welcome to Pelican Point
All lots are clearly marked along the street and waterfront. Waterlines have been installed, and Entergy is in the process of installing underground power and street lighting. Once Entergy completes their work, the asphalt will be laid down. We are finalizing the covenant, restrictions, pricing, and all necessary documentation for the Police Jury’s approval. We anticipate that this will all be completed within the next two months, weather permitting.
If you're considering investing in a lot, we recommend identifying your preferred lot along with a secondary choice and communicating that with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to share pricing or accept deposits until we receive approval from the Jackson Parish Police Jury, so we appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated and provide information on this website as we progress.
